I'm Daniel — a NASM-certified personal trainer with 8+ years of coaching experience. I've helped over 200 clients go from "I should probably start working out" to consistently showing up and seeing real change. My approach is simple: evidence over dogma, consistency over intensity, and your life over a textbook template. Most clients train 3–4 times per week in person, 45–60 minutes each. I design around your real schedule, not an ideal one. If you can only do 3 sessions, we'll make those 3 sessions count.
I provide personalized nutrition guidance (I'm a certified nutritionist) — calorie/macro targets, food recommendations, and practical strategies. I don't do generic meal plans, but I'll give you the tools to eat well for life.
If you're cleared by a doctor to exercise, I'll program around your limitations with in-person modifications. If you need clinical rehab, I'll refer you to a qualified physiotherapist first. Safety isn't negotiable.
All training is in-person at my gym. We'll track your workouts and nutrition together, and you can always message me between sessions — but the coaching itself happens face-to-face.
Yes. You can pause for up to 4 weeks (vacation, illness, life happens) and cancel at the end of any billing cycle. I don't do long-term lock-ins — if I'm not delivering value, you shouldn't be paying.
Most clients notice improved energy and strength within 3–4 weeks. Visible body composition changes typically show around weeks 8–12. Sustainable transformation isn't instant, but it is inevitable if you stay consistent.
My gym is fully equipped with barbells, dumbbells, machines, and everything you'll need. Just show up ready to work — I've got the rest.
